My Story

Hi, my name is Irina, and Fallen Tree Vancouver is the heart of my creative journey.
I was born in Ukraine, grew up in Russia, and for the last decade I’ve called Vancouver home. Surrounded by ocean, forest, and mountains, I found endless inspiration in the natural world - from the tide rolling over shells to the quiet beauty of seasonal blooms.

“The little girl in me would never have believed I'd end up here”

How It Began

My journey as an artist started in 2020 during the pandemic, a time of uncertainty for everyone. I began experimenting with epoxy resin and flower preservation as a way to keep my hands busy and my spirit grounded. What began as a small project soon became my greatest passion.

“In a time of uncertainty, I found the clarity of art”

Why Resin Art

Resin became more than a material for me - it became therapy. Each piece is a way to capture fleeting beauty: a flower that would fade, a shell collected on the shore, the shimmer of the ocean. Through resin, I can preserve those moments forever.

“Resin taught me that nothing truly beautiful is ever lost”

What I Create

Today, I design one-of-a-kind pieces - coasters, trays, lamps, and keepsakes that carry a story. Each artwork holds a memory of the tide, the forest, or a flower, turned into something timeless for your home. My greatest joy is knowing that these pieces bring beauty and connection to others.

“I believe every shell, every petal, and every wave deserves to be remembered.”

Thank You

Thank you for visiting Fallen Tree Vancouver and being part of this journey. Every piece I make carries not only resin and nature, but a part of my heart.
